SAMARITAN’S PURSE SHOEBOXES
Shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child Samaritan’s Purse are available.. Pick up a box, fill it, and return the filled shoe box SUNDAY, Nov. 10th.
SAMARITAN’S PURSE SHOEBOX ASSEMBLY
The Operation Christmas Child shoebox assembly will begin at 10:15 am NEXT Sunday, Nov. 10 in Wesley Hall. If you are unable to shop, come and assemble boxes as a way of giving back. There is a shipping cost of $9 for each shoebox, if you cannot shop donate towards the shipping expense. Make checks payable to FUMC write Samaritan’s Purse on the memo line.
SAMARITAN’S PURSE SHOEBOX PROCESSING CENTER ROAD TRIP
On December the 13th we will be heading to Baltimore to volunteer at the Samaritan’s Purse Processing Center to help process the collected shoeboxes. We will be leaving the church at 6 am and should return around 6 PM. This is an awesome time of fellowship and a time to give back. You will need to be able to stand most of the day as we process the boxes. Lunch can be purchased on site from Chick-fil-A. This is open to Senior High students and up.
